Modern, Powerful, Passionate, Confident and Experienced.
Property/Space: The incorporation of a house shape fused with the letter 'M' establishes a strong connection to the mortgage industry. Additionally, the use of triangular shapes within the design creates a sense of space and openness.
Name Reflection: Utilising the initial letters and transforming them into a unique typeface enhances brand recognition and leaves a lasting impression on the target audience.
Loop/Circle: The circle element represents the idea of 'Centum,' symbolising continuity and an unbroken, forward-moving path.

Concept of Bright and Space: The visual identity draws inspiration from the concepts of brightness and space, with sophistication at the forefront. It features characters embarking on adventures across various brand materials, conveying an engaging and dynamic brand image.
